This project consists of a four-star hotel renovation, originally built in the ‘70s.

Hotel Giulivo is located seafront in one of the most touristic largeturnout areas of the Domitius coastline, exactly in Baia Domizia.

Actually planning operation, 360 degree executed, is included in the wider project intended to regenerate whole Giulivo Hotel & Village holiday complex.

Design values have been guided by specific philosophy in order not to distort the original building typology and distinctiveness and, same time, to improve it through innovative solutions, from a technological standpoint and design one.

Whole project has been studied and built to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of comfort and well-being.

Rooms’ plan distribution and sizes remain unchanged. Work mainly covered linings through use of decorative wallpapers, including different color temperatures and stainings.

Each place is unique and exclusive. Hotel Giulivo is made up of 95 standard rooms (doubles and triples), 10 suites and one wellness room. All the rooms are contemporary style furnished and automated.

Hotel main floor contains reception, breakfast/restaurant hall reserved to hotel guests, events restaurant, bar, relax zone and corridors.

Linear furniture, for rooms (headboard and walk-in-closet) and in the common spaces as well (desk reception, bar), has been designed with vanguard materials and made by local craftsmen.

Reception woody elements, specifically, have been made of Alpi Radiant brand panels, “Best of the Best” Interzum Award: Intelligent Material & Design 2015 winner.

Panels are made of wood pathed by clear plastic resin lines, which passes light making different bright effects at different times of the day.

All spaces are designed in close connection with pool deck and with pine forest as well that surrounds the hotel and leads to private beach.
